Q: How can I track my order?
A: To check the delivery status of your US order please click here. For all International orders and any orders shipped to an address not saved in your profile please click here to track it on our full site. A shipping confirmation will also be sent to you with the appropriate contact information and tracking number. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please call 1-800-781-9172
Q: What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Please note that Jessica London is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Q: What is Your Return Policy?
A: Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unworn,
unwashed or defective merchandise may be exchanged for FREE within 30 days of purchase
(excludes items shipped directly from 3rd party brands, items purchased through Amazon
or using PayPal). We are happy to process a FREE exchange for a new size, color,
or different item.
If you would prefer to return the item, all unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise
can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (excluding
shipping and prepaid return label charges). For Returns made after 90 days we will issue
a gift card equal to the purchase price (less shipping and prepaid label charges) that
can be used toward a future purchase. **All international orders are final after 90 days.**

Q: How will my refund be processed?
A: Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your
refund, credit your charge card, or issue a merchandise credit. If the item(s) returned
to us were returned within 90 days of the date you received them, we'll issue a
credit to your original method of payment, less the shipping & handling charges.
If the item(s) returned were returned after 90 days of the date you received them,
we'll issue a merchandise credit, less the shipping & handling charges. For
credits issued to credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit
to appear. (Note: if your return disqualifies you from "multiple item" pricing,
your invoice will be adjusted to the single unit price.) We cannot refund shipping
& handling charges or return postage. Please refer to your invoice for details.
